Firstly a huge thank you from all of us. Kate and Tom's wedding on Monday was spectacular and better than we had ever dreamed of. We knew that we loved the space from the minute I first came to visit all those months ago and we weren't disappointed as on the day it looked as beautiful as we had remembered. The three of you have been brilliant to work with right from the start. Your professionalism and attention to detail made everything easier from our point of view and, on the day itself, everything ran like clockwork. We know that in order for that to happen masses has to go on behind the scenes - so thank you. The food was delicious and commented on by everyone so please pass on our thanks to all the chefs who worked so hard. The cocktails were also praised by our guests so please do let your bar staff know how much they were enjoyed. Their version of the Gin-ger and Tomic was so much better than the rather hideous version I made at home!!

Quite simply, we couldn't have wished for anything more from our wedding venue. The venue speaks for itself, it is truly magical and we fell in love with it the moment we walked into the barn. We wanted to contact you to say thank you all so much for making our wedding day the most special day of our lives. It went by in a blur and we keep saying we want to do it all over again!
The guests kept telling us how incredible the venue was and we knew from the moment we first viewed it, but seeing it on the day and turning into the night, was amazing. It truly was the most beautiful place we could have been. 
The food - I don’t think we will ever hear the end of it, or stop thinking about it. The main meal was incredible and there was so much of it. The brownies were delicious and your ability to go above and beyond for all the dietary needs made the day even easier than we had imagined. The pizzas were amazing and we spent our wedding night tucked up in bed with a whole box of pizza and fell asleep full and happy!

I know everyone must say this but we really did have simply the best day ever. The weather was perfect, the food was incredible and the venue looked absolutely stunning. We had so many compliments including lots and lots of people saying it was the best wedding venue they have ever been to, and the best wedding food they have ever eaten, so please make sure the chefs receive that feedback! We had our wedding at Stone Barn in August 2023. From start to finish it was absolutely perfect.
All of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was, and we had multiple comments that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. The whole venue is amazing. The layout provides different areas for different parts of the day, whilst not being too big to enable guests to be spread too thinly. Every area of Stone Barn is perfect for its intended use. Georgie, our host for the day was also amazing. We can't speak highly enough of her and the help she provided the day before whilst setting up and day of the wedding. The only disappointing thing is knowing it's all over and we'll never get to do it all again. If we did, we wouldn't change a thing, including the venue and all our choices on offer by Stone Barn.

Georgie and Toby and the whole team at Stone Barn were incredible from start to finish! From our initial viewing to all the meetings and communication right up to the big day they were so so helpful, encouraging, excited and clear about everything we could do or change or make ours. This venue is incredible. The communication was excellent all the way through the process, and we were honestly blown away by the attention to detail on the day – everything ran smoothly with no issues. The food is outstanding too (we had so many compliments on the lamb, chocolate fondant and the canapés), with huge portions so nobody was hungry before dinner. It's also just the most beautiful venue and our pictures are stunning. Their recommended suppliers are all reliable and did a great job, too. Big thanks to the team for making our day so amazing. We'll definitely be going back for a feast night, just to try the food again!

We got married here 2.5 weeks ago and it was absolutely beyond words. From the very beginning the staff are so kind and responsive- you have a direct messaging portal to chat with them and you always here back within the same working day, usually within an hour or so. No query is too big or small: we had an interfaith wedding which required a Chuppah (large structure to get married under) and they went out of their way to message dimensions of the room when we last minute decided to have it in a different place. You have someone allocated to you on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly who you end up getting to know well, but honestly every member we encountered was so kind.
The venue is amazing for all weather. We planned for an outdoor reception and in true British summer-time fashion, the day was torrential downpours. Instead, we had our reception drinks indoors and it ended up being one of the highlights of the day- guests kept saying how beautiful the venue is inside.
THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE. Like actually restaurant quality. My dad is a butcher and he was blown away by the quality of the bricks of beef (aka steak). We have had so many compliments from guests saying their dinner was the best they have ever had at a wedding. All dietary requirements were catered for and we had a lot of them... veggie, vegan, kosher, gluten free, dairy free, multiple severe allergies). As an open kitchen it is amazing to watch your meals (and in our case, evening pizza) being cooked in front of them. My little nephews (3+6) were made such a fuss of by the kitchen team they even showed them how the pizza was being made from scratch.
Honestly, I cannot recommend Stone Barn enough. No amount of money will ever equate to how much it's worth to get married here. My only negative is I've been crying for two weeks straight because I want to do it all over again!!!

We got married at Stone Barn in July 2023… What a magical venue, from the look around tour back in 2021 to the wedding day- a seamless and stress free process! The venue is just incredible, in the the middle of amazing countryside- the two different barns are stunning, and flow together so well…the fairy lights and lanterns, candles, give it such a magical feeling.
We had rain and sun on our day, meaning our drinks reception was half in/outside- the space is perfect for all weather. When it rained it made the inside look even more magical and dramatic with the twinkly fairy lights.
Jasmine was our coordinator and she was just amazing, the day ran so smoothly, stone barn are pros at what they do! The food- wow, I can’t stop thinking about those bbq sirloin bricks. Everyone has commented on how amazing all the food was, the best wedding food they have had. Wish we could do it all again!

We got married a couple of weeks ago at Stone Barn and had the most magical wedding experience. The venue is incredible - both the location and the building itself, which has been stunningly renovated with a lot of thought to how weddings and large parties function. Each space is beautiful, and you can move through them without feeling like you're stuck in one place for hours. The outside space with the lanterns and fire pits is also lovely.
The staff are extremely professional, charming and accommodating - everyone we spoke to from the moment of our virtual tour through the whole process really impressed us and was one of the reasons we decided to book here. On the day itself, everything happened seamlessly, and a few last-minute requests were easily accommodated. We really felt like we were in good hands and didn't need to worry about much!
The last reason, of course, is the food, which is outstanding. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and the late night pizzas and s'more were a really fun and delicious addition. The drama of seeing it prepared on-site also added to the whole event!
We can't recommend Stone Barn and Cripps & Co enough - we wish we could do it all over again!

If you want a relaxed and friendly vibe for your wedding, this is a great place to get married. The venue is unique, with its combination of a stone barn for the ceremony and dance floor, and a Dutch barn for the reception and meal, which also contains a bar and an open kitchen. It also has lovely outside space. There is not another building in sight and you're surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Cotswolds.
Many of our guests told us that the food was the best they had ever tasted at a wedding venue (and we agree). It is served in sharing platters, which adds to the communal atmosphere.
The staff are friendly and are very well organised on the wedding day. They were also very helpful with clearing up at the end of the day and the following morning, providing useful bags and containers to move things like flowers and signage out of the venue.
We had a wedding that was even better than we had hoped for. Thank you, Stone Barn!

I am not usually one who remembers to write reviews, but Stone Barn and its incredible team deserve high high praise!
The venue is stunning and looks magical lit up at night, the food was incredible (makes a big difference that it's cooked fresh on site and the portions are hugely generous!) and the staff are all so friendly and helpful (particular shout out to Katie who ran our day perfectly) - all aspects that were commented on by our guests!
We managed to organise our wedding in just 3 months and a huge part of us making that a reality was how seamlessly the team at Stone Barn sorted things out. Our wedding was at the beginning of March and if you're looking for a cosy winter wedding atmosphere then I highly recommend Stone Barn - it is just as beautiful in the winter as I'm sure it is in the summer.

The entire planning process was seamless, from the brilliant Cordero system, Feast Night, planning meetings, and to how friendly and helpful all the members of the Stone Barn team were throughout the process. Stone Barn is the perfect wedding venue!

My husband and I got married here, and from the moment we booked the venue we knew we had made the right choice.

What set the venue apart is that it is specially designed with the perfect big day in mind. Everything is set up to make the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. The food there is spectacular – everyone kept commenting on how amazing it was.

From our very first meeting, Katie (the co-ordinator at Stone Barn) was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with suggestions and let us know what she had seen work well in the past while allowing us to put our personal stamp on everything. She was very communicative throughout. On the big day itself she kept everyone in line and made sure everything was where it was meant to be.

The pricing and communication throughout was very transparent and the portal the venue uses made life very easy.

Naturally I wasn’t able to be at the venue on the morning of the wedding to double-check things before the ceremony started (which made me anxious), but it was unnecessary as everything was just as we had discussed.

I am grateful that I went with Stone Barn and Katie because our wedding was beautiful and the process was as stress-free and fun as possible for me and my husband.

Stone Barn has always held a place in my heart as it's former use was my Grandfathers lambing barn. My poor fiance was dragged to the barn, 18 months prior to our wedding, already knowing he was going to break my heart if he didn't agree to marry me there! We couldn't recommend a better location for a winter wedding. Organising the day was made so easy by the team, the food choices, the wine, the admin on the day. All perfectly relaxed with all the required details. It hammered it down with rain on the day! However, this didn't dampen any spirits and the execution was spot on. Whole lambs roasted all day over the fire, garlicky dauphinoise, smooth red wine. Followed by mountains of cheese and pizza. It is a food and booze lovers heaven. “What a wedding venue! Set in the beautiful Cotswolds and surrounded by rolling hills you’d be forgiven for thinking this was ‘just another Cotswold barn’. It isn’t. The moment we walked in were hit by such glowing warmth, an ethereal atmosphere and the faint wandering smell of fire and BBQ. The dutch barn with its ceiling of twinkling, hypnotising fairy lights and far reaching views, to the intimate, romantic stone barn provide the perfect contrast to one another. It’s such a versatile venue you can do nothing with, or fill it with all sorts of styled items and either way it will look and feel amazing.
For us, food was a very important part of our wedding. We weren’t disappointed. Serving dishes that are carved and served at the table provided such a great atmosphere and ice breaker for guests. It’s the kind of food we would serve to people in our home and for us this gave us a really relaxed, personal feel that we wanted. And can we just say it was absolutely scrumptious! We had so many compliments on the food – compliments to the chef indeed! Oh, and definitely go for the pizzas in the evening – nothing can beat dancing on the dance floor in your wedding dress (or suit) with a slice of pizza in hand!
But enough about the food, the fire, the lights, the building and the views. The staff at Stone Barn were truly exceptional. Correspondence was always quickly and comprehensively answered (so helpful when planning a wedding to be able to make decisions and finalise details quickly). Nothing was ever too much trouble. Staff were so attentive to our guests. On the day, Clayton and Sara in particular, were so professional and really looked after us making the day run effortlessly. “Stone Barn is the perfect venue for a barn wedding in the Cotswolds. During the summer the grounds, outdoor fire pit, pagoda and views of the rolling countryside cannot be equaled. In the winter the fireplace, fairy lights covering the ceiling and under-floored flagstone floor heating make it the perfect cosey location for a winter wedding. We got more comments about the venue than anything else; everyone loved it! It was also helped that we had the perfect weather for a winter wedding; it snowed overnight just enough to stick but not so much that people struggled to travel there. The whole venue and setting was magical. The management team were also flawless from the very start of the process; from making a booking enquiry to after the wedding I cannot fault them. They were extremely responsive, very accommodating (everything from venue layout to dietary requirements) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my engaged friends. If you want a barn wedding in the Cotswolds - I promise you won’t find a better venue or team to help look after one of the most special days of your lives.

It’s is somewhat hard to write a review of our experience of Stone Barn and the staff there without sounding clichéd, but it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Having visited other venues, we were sold on Stone Barn within two minutes of walking through the door, the pictures online cannot do it justice. Even though we visited several times during the build-up, we were still taken aback by how good it looked on the day, and how the feel of the place changed. During the day it was light, open and spacious, but then as it got dark, the fairy lights, flares and fire pits all contributed to making it feel more intimate - it genuinely felt like we’d got two venues for the price of one. The staff too were excellent. Jason and Clayton, who met us on several occasions during the build up, were relaxed, friendly and approachable with a real attention to detail that put us at ease from the outset and was certainly a contributing factor in our deciding to choose Stone Barn. Thank you for such an amazing experience, we couldn’t be happier and could not recommend highly enough.

I think it’s probably easiest to bullet point this: - The staff and service are the most helpful and friendly people ever, hugely accommodating and passionate about what they do - a few to look out for: - Jason - head chef - knows his stuff, wonderful menu, delicious food. - Clayton - front of house - reassuring, friendly and excellent organisational skills to help run your day smoothly - All the people behind the “notes” system, answering our stupid questions and supporting us throughout planning! - The venue itself is absolutely stunning, well maintained and thoughtfully designed - we knew that it was where we wanted to get married from the second we stepped foot in there, and we hope you do too! - Very accommodating to different things - we had sparklers, crackers, smoke bombs, a bring-your-own cake table and temporary tattoos during the day, and Stone Barn worked to accommodate that. - Great at swapping out things - we wanted cocktails for reception instead of bubbly, and the team at Stone Barn made that happen (including buying all the mint for the Mohitos (my wife is called Chloe, so “MohiChlos”!), thank you!!!) A huge thank you from my wife and I to all at Stone Barn, we really appreciate all the support and assistance you gave us, and everything you did to make our day extra special!! “We could not have wished for a better venue or staff for our wedding and cannot recommend this venue or the company enough. They were a pleasure to deal with from the moment we booked, through to the day itself. They are willing to do anything they can to help you have the best day of your lives, and they do a great job of removing the stresses for you. Their staff run everything like clockwork and you hardly notice they are there until you need something! The food is fantastic - as good as some of the fine dining restaurants we have been to. In fact, we would still like to attend more of the feast nights if there are spaces for alumni! We would recommend hiring a band for the evening as the acoustics in the stone barn are superb: easily the best we (or our guests) have ever heard at a wedding venue. Thanks again for all you did. We will never forget our day and the huge part that your venue and staff played in it.
