There’s nothing quite like the sight of delicious food slowly turning and self-basting in front of a wall of flame. And the visuals are matched by the taste, as the rotisserie ensures even cooking and locks in incredible flavour and tenderness. Choose from bearnaise or salsa Verde with crispy spuds or a jazzy salad (to name a few) to accompany your rotisserie meal.
The first-ever meals served to Cripps & Co customers back in the 1990s owed everything to the open fire technique used by the Gauchos of South America. We love its distinctive results and we still slow-cook whole lambs around an open fire Asado and char-grill vegetables and prime steaks on the Parilla grill and the Plancha, re-creating the unforgettable flavours of the Pampas. We design all of our BBQs, making them unique to Cripps & Co and some of the largest in the UK!
Our pizzas start with freshly made dough, using the finest Italian flour and fresh yeast. After a 72-hour prove, we hand-spin each base and stone-bake it for a perfectly fluffy, crispy crust – quite possibly the best you’ll ever taste!
