Introducing Llangedwyn Barn

Llangedwyn Barn is under restoration and is taking provisional bookings for weddings starting Spring 2020. We are currently taking viewings

Set in the rolling Welsh hillside with views across the Tanat Valley, this wedding barn promises to be a truly spectacular location for a wedding. The barn is steeped in history and full of character. It surrounds a sunny private courtyard, accessible from every room in the barn and which comes to life in the evening with fairy lights and roaring fire pits.

Ceremonies are held in the main barn, whose natural light is enhanced with candles and fairy lights and which can accommodate 140 seated guests. In warmer weather we can hold ceremonies outside from an elegant wooden gazebo, with views across the surrounding landscape. Post-ceremony drinks are held in the bar, with doors opening out onto the courtyard.

Guests feast in style in the main barn - food is flame-grilled by our chefs on a giant Asado grill in the courtyard or on one of the vast indoor BBQs and rotisseries blazing in our open kitchen, for all to see. The main barn accommodates 140 to dine and a further 40 evening guests for drinks and dancing afterwards. Our state-of-the-art Funktion-One sound system will keep everybody dancing into the night, enjoying our late 1am license.

An elegant Queen Anne Manor House on the same private estate offers luxury private accommodation for up to 18 people. The house will undergo a full renovation in 2019, restoring it to its former glory, ready for guests in 2020.

Our on-site wedding team are on hand to help with everything from the big ideas to the last minute details.
